I have a very serious Hearthstone related matter, which cannot be properly discussed here in its forums, so I would like to contact its developer team, or at least someone directly responsible for, involved into the game’s developement, preferrably via email.
I tried contacting Blizzard customer support, but they directed me to this HS forum site, what, as I explained above, is no right solution for me.
I do believe, that Hearthstone developers are indeed always open and ready to help, assist us in solving our game related issues, so I do hope this will be proven by one of them contacting me via email, in order to help me solve my own game related matter as well.
