A card disappeared from my collection even though I played with it earlier today, it’s called Prince Renathal.
Also, just recently I redownloaded hearthstone and I received packs but I could only open 3 of each type and the rest wouldn’t open, then the rest disappeared. Today I received 12 packs, 6 of each type but again I could only open 3 of each type and the rest disappeared after relogging.
he was loaned to you for October as he was temporarily added to the core set, he has now been removed from the core set.
If you actually own him you can still use him in wild
Your collection includes two different kinds of cards:
Cards you own. This includes opening from packs, bundle purchases, monthly rank rewards, etc. These cards stay in your collection permanently.
Cards you don’t own. This includes cards from the Core set, and some class rank achievements. Usually the Core set only changes once a year in April, but Blizzard can add or remove cards at other times if they want to. This is what happened to Renathal.
