It is not good enough, can be stopped by a taunt, after all insane steps and survive in a meta where is very rare the games pass turn 7 they should destroy the opponent hero instead giving the weapon.

I don’t play competitively. This was dumpster casual. I was half asleep and forgot about the mana crystal destruction. Just thought it was ridiculous.

I see no problem with boars and sword. It’s a miracle if you get the sword in standard, and a sign that the opponent’s deck really sucks. When you kill the opponent with the sword, you’re doing the opponent a favor.

The deck IS casual.
Unless your deck is really bad and have no win conditions, you shouldn’t lose against it most of the time.

Hi there my friend, i get your not competitive i think there is a way to play fun decks and still be strong.
If you see the first elwin then you must immediatly change your playstyle to be more proactive and kill him like turn 6 or 7 preferabble or before he reaches his win condition or play in a way that stops him from playing elwin boars or just suboptimally.
Would you mind posting your deck and what it is your trying to do maybe i can help make your fun deck abit stronger.

I have literally tried helping my opponents finish this quest and I still haven’t seen it. I am going to play wild this week in hopes I can match into a boar priest.

I tried to make this deck works as priest but I failed spectacularly. Is there any way to make a consistent, good elwyn boar deck in standard?

the problem I see when some hunter are trying to do that is that they fill their deck with a bunch of boar and then draw cards one by one, which doesn’t help.

It’s faaaar better than High Keeper Rah. Rah does more dmg, but boars are cuter.

had it used on me by a hunter. Actually it seemed really easy for him to bring out. Just remove minions and play copies of boar, autopilot.

But I still won the turn after taking the 15 damage and destroyed crystals. Paladin too strongk

i think you’d have better success with (quest?) DH in standard.

use the farmers to shuffle in boars, Teron for more, the weapon to tutor them out, and then simply fill your deck with draw, stall, and removals.

I had a madlad try it against me at d2 during my climb. He pulled it off but was dead on board.

I still gave him the win cause he deserved it for playing it at that rank ^^.

If youve played lately youd know games are over turn 5 or 6. Theres no time for nonsense cards like that. Or any other kind of fun. Pick up a flavor of the month deck and race your opponent hoping you can ork them before they otk you.
