read the quest destroying them counts too and there are a lot of pirates seeing play now
Okay here is the difference. Before you had TWO quests to do every day. Now you have ONE quest each day and you can continue the weekly. Once you finish the weekly you only have ONE quest to do each day for the rest of the week. They are essentially giving you less ways to get bonus experience for the event per day.
That’s a lot different than the old chain that you could finish all at once and then get a daily in that slot each day afterwards.
One is a weekly, and those quest lines were done passively if you play daily for just the quests in 1/3rd of the max time or less. If you can’t get the packs at this point you more or less just don’t play the game.

Absolutely. Those that play daily will finish it regardless of doing the bonus quests. The old way with having two daily was really good for the average player that only logs on a couple times and not for very long. They could knock one out in a few minutes and still get solid progression on the track. It’s much harder for those players now especially the weekly one.
I don’t get the logic for the weekly, since it’s a weekly it’s 1/7th the effort in reality so it’s like asking for ~8 pirates a day.
And frankly you can get it done in 4 games of a rogue filled with pirates.
events with 7tasks had 200/250/300/350/400/450/500
new weekly goes 400/800/1200
The golden gifts + coin event needed 5000 event exp
The choose path needed 2500 event exp other 3 or 4 needed 4000
The 3 signature 2 portrait event needed 4500
This one at 2400 get 7 packs(1 event this year had 7wizbang in march the others had 6 packs) and at 4000 you get another extra 4 packs(5extra total for most event) but there is no portrait
I will take this weekly/reward rate over the original
Also with emphasis on a weekly if you complete it in one day could choose to not log in the other 6 and would still get the 7 packs as the weekly gives the 2400 needed to get 7 packs( what every other event gave this year)

Ladder is full of Druids, just pick up Insanity and farm them
Already farmed like 32-33 Druids in 24 hours 
I gave up the Marin quest and set myself another: Don’t let Druids play Marin
Please note that the Marin challenge doesn’t specify the format. So you could do it in casual too. Still it’s quite insane.
The Marin Challenge should be an achievement if you actually pull it off and have the patience to do it.
maybe pirate rogue is better then pirate warrior(in standard) but I get about 10 pirate done per game, worst result 1 drop, 2 drop win. /sigh. note my deck is pretty much the first 30 pirates I had…
4-5 games of wild Pirate Rogue does the trick.
I did it easily without playing any Pirates… 15 Marin treasure will be harder I think… because it is not fitting into my deck. 75 XP per dialiy quests seems fair tough, not sure if I will need to do the Marin at all…
But aren’t all quests ignored in casual? I’m not sure though, do you know other quests that complete in casual (PS I may be confusing it with XP being lower in casual though (which is enough reason for me to never play casual since if I lose the XP I don’t see the point of taking that loss(f2p)))?
Rogue is good is for it because it can also conjure stuff out of thin air and it has a pirate weapon etc. It’s even good to win games (though it’s not important). I just picked all the newest pirates it had available (and some pirate spells/weapon) and it felt better to play than the meta Pirate DH (a very uneven deck that is obnoxious to play).
Go to wild, play pirate otk rogue, u will finish this really fast.
No, it was a changed a while back. I can do most quests in casual unless it specifies type of game.
E.g. if you need to play 3 games for any of 3 classes, you can do that in casual if you like.
Pirate quest warrior is also pretty good for this.
OK. I wouldn’t play there myself, because I prefer to go to the ranked Format I don’t rank there because it has more XP too and it also helps at Achievements.
