This morning we’ve tried with 6 different account, all the account with Battleground pass cannot play any mode except the brawl. The other account were able to play everymode and 1 of those working account had the Close Shop icon. So im pretty sur it’s related with something you paid for in a free game.

Possibly yes. But Correlation != Causation.

I didn’t buy that pass and it still doenst work for me. I haven’t bought anything for a week.

Anyone has another game to suggest that could do the trick?

I also play battlegrounds with my SO and I cant start a DUO or single player game, If she invites me she can start the game and it differs on if it will go past the spinning wheel looking for others or get in to the game where you choose the hero. It ends with getting booted out and I get an error message. She doesn’t get booted out and has to play with out me. I cant reconnect either. This happens on Mobile device and laptop on Windows 11.

Error Message:

“HS:CT;NetCasheGoldBalance=0;NetCasheClientOptions=0;NetCasheBattlegroundsHeroSkins=2”

Everything else described by others is the same, Traditional Hearthstone button is “greyed” out, Shop is closed etc.

I’m not sure if it is relevant, but just before the latest patch I did have a few issues with DUOs where I got D/C and my wife stayed in. My attempts to reconnect would get stuck at “Attempting to reconnect you to previous game”. She ended up getting second place without me for all but two turns.

To Devs, I do have screen shots if you need.

can we please get an update on this? I’m really very concerned at this piont. I can’t play any type of game and a large number of my cardbacks are gone.

Same problem too in new brawl

Is there any way you guys might be able to communicate an estimated time frame as to when this might be resolved? It’s been over 2 days now where we have not had any access. WE are missing out on quest completions, xp for completing the reward track to get gold, the Traven brawl.

It’s not fair that we are losing out on all the in game progress that we would otherwise gain because of no access which is no fault of our own.

Are we going to be compensated for this inconvenience?

If this was Blizzard and not Microsoft’s version of Blizzard they absolutely would have. But hey, look at the last patch when stability off for days and any game that crashed wasn’t recorded. They refunded us a laughable 15 tokens! I defiantly wouldn’t hold your breath on getting anything from them
 not even an apology! Absolutely deplorable service!

Yeah would also like to know if the reward track are gonna be extended, cause im 18 lvl away, but i was gonna grind these days as i have nightshift, and with the weekly reward and daily rewards i would be able to make it, well if the update does not come out today, then i think i can just wave the last few rewards goodbye.
Really disappointed, never have i tried being locked out of game time for roughly 3 days

Honestly, think Blizzard should just give everyone the rewards of the Event quest for waiting so long. Plus about 5-10 new expansion packs.

bliz should gave me 1000mr on bg , 3 days i can grind from 14933 to 15933 , but whatever they dont care about us or never listen to us

Is it possible they put this just to placate us? It’s been hours since they posted this and still no fix.

Game is in full on paperweight mode with no communication as to whats going on
 Looks like Blizzard has yet again stolen money from it’s player base. Hope you guys are having a nice vacation. I suspect this game will fall to the “We aren’t making enough profit, so we are no longer supporting it.” as Rumble and HoTS have. Maybe instead of being money grubbing demons, try fixing your crap
 what a shame. You’re player base is literally doing all the testing and trouble shooting for you and you ignore them. No wonder your games are failing

Since this update, I can no longer play Battlegrounds in the EU, and I live in the UK. My mate I play with has had no problem with his game and has continued to play Battlegrounds.

The only way I can play Battlegrounds is by changing my region to US but my battle pass does not carry over.

where is our hotfix , this should be fixed by tuesday , we even allowed this happened 2 days lol

They have to test the hotfix, else it breaks something else. This is the way.
So
