Critical bug in arena Underground:
- I spent 2 arena tickets to play Underground
- I lost JUST ONCE
- The arena runs then expireā¦

In battleground duo or solo, the game keep crash, and don t let come back in game

There seems to be a problem in Underground Arena where the rate does not change after retiring. If this is the case, we believe it is a glitch and not a specification, as retiring all weak decks would allow the rate to be maintained and the rate system would make no sense.
Incindius does not boost eruptions in hand (E.g. after being copied by Bottomless Toy Chest)
Since the patch Battlegrounds has been horrible. I have lost countless hours of gametime and rank because at some point it disconnects and will not connect sometimes for hours. For me it has disconnected during the first few turns, during trinket picking turns, but also later in the game (top 4 players left etc.). It has not happened once or twice, but almost every game. Very disappointing that the patch has been out for 5 days and this issue is still not fixed. It is not only happening to me, but to more people i know play, from different countries in Europe also. Bunch of rerolls also lost.

Iām also having an issue with constantly disconnecting in Battlegrounds. At first, if i waited the game told me āunable to reconnectā and after a few minutes i was back on the main menu screen.
Now if a disconnect happens i get stuck on the reconnecting screen and no matter how long i wait (10-20 min) nothing will happen and restarting the game will put me back into the infinite reconnecting loop. Only after closing battle.net and waiting about 30 min the game will restart normaly.
For me the disconnects mostly happen during mid or end game. I also noticed that shortly before the disconnect happens my pc gets laggy with mouse freezing, Videos loading slowly or stuttering, cpu temps rising and pc fans ramping up just for 1-2 seconds.
@Blizzards please fixā¦

Paying the tavern ticket mean we trust you to deliver a service. Now the service is not there. I loose almost 4 hours because of successive crashes. Itās frustrating. I m sorry to tell you that but you should pay me back.

Battlegrounds is bugging in all matches, suddenly the time rope bugs and keeps burning infinitely, after a while it appears that I was disconnected, when I press the EXIT button, my game closes by itself, and when I open it again, the same window with the EXIT button appears, and when I press EXIT, the game closes again. This is happening in all matches, and I have to close and open the game at least 15 times to be able to play again.

The same thing is happening to me, deplorable game. 6 years of BATTLEGROUNDS, to still have such silly errors.

Seriously, this is beyond stupid now. I love this game but i am spending on season pass when there is NEVER even a solid WEEK where this game works properly. Absolute rubbish, Blizzard. If people in cafes and garages can build things that work properly, you would think a giant like Blizzard could too. I know you probably donāt care about my 2c, obviously, I can tell by the performance of the game. However, I am being a plane and annoucing my departure from this game should you not be able to have it run smoothly, ever. Its actually a joke at this stage.
Also your websites are nowhere near user friendly. Thatās just an additional stab since im paying for something i cannot even enjoy my weekend playing 
Blizzard sucks.
Actually, I want a refund. Where do I lodge this?

the game freezes there is no way to reconnect even after 20 minutes it still does not reconnect the only option is to āsurrenderā otherwise your stuck in the game

In Standard I generated a Nostalgic Clown in hand, next turn played Shudderwock, then next turn played Nostalgic Clown. The clownās damage battlecry did not occur.

Why sunlane scribble doubles their attack in duos battlegrounds? They definitely gain +8/+4, not +4/+4, and gains temp early allow to dont lose any fights. Now its unbeatable strategy in lobby with undead, easy to collect and there is no point to play any other undead at all
Constant disconnecting from Hearthstone battlegrounds, with the rope going on forever and no amount of exiting and returning fixes this. Iāve had at least 3 games that I was looking forward to completing end up this way. I cannot understand how a company of this magnitude can hear about a bug of this size, and then not put all of their resources towards solving it by the next day. It just goes to show how little they care about the actual playerbase.

Battlegrounds constantly getting stuck at burning rope. When I try to reconnect, I get the screen āYou were disconnected from your last game. Reconnectingā¦ā. There is nothing Iāve found that consistently works to resolve this. Ultimately, I have to wait for the server side to encounter what I assume to be some sort of timeout. With the resources Blizzard should have, why is this still a problem? Come on Blizzard, this is unacceptable.

Do not close the game, just give up and you can start a new game without it reconnecting for years. This is the worst thing with Blizzardā¦ Weeks and weeks of bugs and nothing happensā¦

Hello, besides the battlegrounds issue which seems to be general, I was going to play some wild hearthstone and I noticed some of the cards I used to have are missing.
For example, āMetamorphosisā from the Demon Hunter class is now missing. I know I used to have it because I played for fun with an OTK deck where the main card was this one.
I can somehow send you a print of it.
Can you help with these?
