Not sure if Iâm the only one experiencing it, since the last patch, I have the hardest time playing the game. I only play battlegrounds and from the launcher âplayâ to the âbattlegroundsâ becoming clickable, several minutes pass. The game is also lagging much more than it ever has. In late games, the lag interferes for 20-30 seconds and heavily damages gameplay. Maybe itâs my connection, but no other online game is lagging in comparison and itâs not new, like this. Thank you!

Hello! When I was opening my Emerald Dream packs on patch day last week, I bulk-opened my bundle packs. On my second batch-opening of 40 packs, the animation went off and the packs were consumed but no card-opening summary was displayed. Only a blurry overlay over the empty pack opening screen. I had to quit the application and relaunch to get past it. My pack total had decreased by 40, but Iâm not sure if those went into my account or not?
I assumed they did because the animation went off and the pack total dropped. I went to check my collection, but I had just gotten a my granted legendaries and a few from the previous 40 packs, so it was hard to tell based on ânewâ flagâŠ
Would love clarification if you are aware of this circumstance happening to anyone else. Thanks!
Possible Willow bugïŒplayed 2 dark gift with willow in hand with wind fury and +3 attack, 3rd dark gift selected +4/5, this put the discovered card and willow both back to the top of the deck, last dark gift given willow charge. When played willow, it only have charge and +4/5 stats, the first 2 buff was missing. Not sure if this is intended
Missing Dream Pack from free packs offer in shop. It shows as an available pack with four standard packs. When you go to open them the Emerald Dream pack is not there.
@Vyraneer, I got hit with this just today with the update. I have the signature version of Malorne and just opened a normal version
Could you please try relogging?

Malorne: it will be possible to get the duplicate until we finish deploying all necessary hotfixes - Iâve edited the highlight in my first post to better clarify this.

Unpacked a Malorne the Waywatcher dispite owning a signature version and it doesnât give me the option to reroll it.
In Hearthstone Battlegrounds, usually in the last round that I lose, the game freezes suddenly closes without receiving an error message. The error message in the event viewer is below. Have you know of such a bug?

Thereâs a weird interaction with Doommaiden and cards shuffled to your opponentâs deck. I often immediately lose my turn if I play a Doommaiden (as in the turn ends without me being able to take any actions after playing it). When it draws a Casts when Draw spell, my turn ends
Hi Selesnyancat, please try running a Repair and see if the issue persists. 
I claimed the Expansion Free Gift item in the shop, but for some reason it gave me 4 Year of the Pegasus packs (yes, Pegasus) instead of the 5 Emerald Dream packs. I did get 1 Emerald Dream pack upon re-logging, but thatâs it. Not sure what happened.
