In battlegrounds I chose the Belcher portrait and the Bronzebeard Portrait. This made it so my Brann could receive the poison trait, however when I faced off with an opponent who also had the Belcher Portrait and Karazhan Chess Set as their Greater trinket, their Brann was also able to receive the Poison trait. It appears as though the modifier I received from the Bronzebeard portrait applied to both our Branns though.
I bought all 3 of the golden great dark beyond bundles and for some reason when i was opening my packs I recieved two signature legendaries of the 8 hands from the beyond leaving me with three copies of this card even though im missing signature exarch othaar and gravitational displacer as a signatures i also got a 2nd copy of farseer nobundo signature legendary and another copy of signature k’ara, the dark star, also a 2nd copy of xortoth, breaker of stars so overall the only issue is i thought duplicate protection worked for signatures especially the 3 from the tier 3 ended up being duplicates of signatures I already had so im just trying to get maybe 1 less of the signature duplicates I have so I could maybe have a druid one and a rogue signature legendary so I at least have 1 so i have the full collection of signatures im not super familiar with signatures droprates but I felt as if last expansion i didnt get any duplicates, is there some gm that can get me the non duplicate signatures in exchange for the duplicates i have?

Like druid and rogue are my favorite classes and I am locked out of getting the signatures for them? Makes me sad

There is a bug in Boomsday - Survival - 4-1 (first fight against Crystalsmith Kangor).
Demonic Research is not working and Jaraxus costs mana instead of health, so can’t proceed past this stage.

[Bug] Rewards Track Tavern Pass Purchase not activating
I purchased the new expansion Reward Track Tavern Pass via mobile yesterday. Payment completed, but rewards track remained locked.
I fully closed and re-opened the game and it was still locked. I went back to to where you buy the tavern pass to see if it would recognize the purchase then and unlock the track for me.
Google recognized that “You already own this product.” and sent me back to the game, at which point the game showed an error dialog in the pass purchase window instead.
The window says “Purchase Failed. Oops! Something went wrong. Please try again later.”
After closing that dialog/window, the rewards track was still locked.
8+ hours later when I was able to log into Hearthstone on my PC, the rewards track still showed as locked, unable to redeem the rewards for the levels I have already earned (and I would have unlocked more levels as well, had the initial 10% experience buff at level 1 not been locked).
Another 8+ hours later, checked on mobile again, then on PC again, and the paid tier of the rewards track is still locked.
Clicking (pressing) on any of the top rewards says “Unlock with Tavern Pass”. Clicking (pressing) on that and going to the purchase screen on mobile still shows “Error. You already own this item.” on the payment screen, and then shows the “Purchase Failed. Oops! Something went wrong. Please try again later.” error message on the in-game purchase summary, yet the rewards still are locked.
Not having access or even acknowledgement in-game of the purchase is a major problem that needs to be fixed ASAP.
Well, 3 days and issue not corrected or even acknowledged by the devs. Had to figure out how to request a refund from google for the phone purchase and then re-purchase the Tavern Pass on my PC instead.

Charged big money but was tricked by an official bug!
I have all the legendary exotic paintings except for Druids and Thieves, but I have created three duplicate exotic paintings
without creating the legends of Druids and
Thieves! Before the official new version

There is no official explanation that the Druid and Thief’s Xenomorph cannot be opened,
which led me to buy an extra Collection 3. I

Got a similar problem. I purchased the Special Bundle Rank Legend today (advertised with 1 golden and 2 Signature Legendary from The Dark Beyond)
I received the golden Legendary (Velen Leader of the Exiled) and 1 Signature (The 8 Hands from Beyond) from Dark Beyond Set.
But the 2nd Signature was a Dublicate from Set Whizbangs Workshop (Game Master Nemsy) although I own this card already ans still missing Dark Beyond Signatures.
As you mentioned. I’m also missing excactly the Druid and Rogue Signatures too from Dark Beyond. And I even havn’t all “normal/golden” legendarys from the set.
There was no notice that you can’t receive them.
Open a ticket already. Answer was, I should trying post here.
Can a GM confirm, that Druid and Rogue Signatures are locked in some way?

I can’t get seccond malfurions gift Druid card. In other ticket I saw on this page it was said its gonna be fixed with 31 version. But I am still missing one of the uncraftable cards.
Have had a battlegrounds bug where the game crashes, and instead of letting me reconnect instantly makes me come 8th and i lose 100 mmr, has wrecked playing battlegrounds for me never had these crashing issues before last patch, and if i did ever crash could always reconnect to the game.
Every game that I have played since the expansion launch, when my opponent plays Kil’jaeden, my game just freezes and I have to leave game. I assumed when I left the game, it would try and reconnect me automatically. It does not. I leave game and then it just puts me back in main lobby and my game counts as a loss. If I had to put a number on how many times this has happened since launch, I would say somewhere between 30-40 times.

My friends are disconnecting and/or crashing every time they have 3+ minions on the board and order them to attack, it’s consistently 3+ minions, and playing any buffs on their minions takes an inordinate amount of time, so much so that they often end up roping without fully playing their turn, this is of course frustrating and demoralizing, making them not want to play.

When you play renathal and cho gall anomaly +5hp activates in your deck it caps 40 and it should be 45 like before i think this is a bug https://imgur.com/a/91HHMp8
I encountered missing second copy of malfurion’s gift bug, I picked a New deck that included only one copy of the class’s “Gift” card (Malfurion’s Gift) causing didn’t get a second copy.
Hello, I still have a bug with the diary, I can’t go over apprentice level, it says I have to redeem something and I can’t skip it, I have this problem since month, please fix it.
Some of the decks I’ve made won’t keep the Hero skin i choose after I close the game, when I open the game they will default to “a random skin I’ve favorited” instead of the one I specified, I can’t seem to find a logical pattern or reason for this bug as it’s a mix of older and newer decks that are affected, there are no words in the names in common, and no cards either.
This is slightly annoying as I use the skins as a fast way to distinguish between decks.
The skins I’m trying to use are:
Surfer Rastakhan (Shaman)
Disco Hammer Cariel (Paladin)
Canoe Huln (Hunter)
Pit Boss Reska (Death Knight)
I’ve had two game freezing bugs.
- Kil’Jaeden’s portal (for a Druid) caused the whole game to freeze twice. Restarting helped once, second time no luck.
- A player just played the 4/1 discover a pirate and the whole game froze on their ‘discover’ step. Restarting just resulted in a loss.
I have problem i didnt receiveved card packs for reaching legend last month can any 1 help admins?
In Battlegrounds, redemption summons the sky pirate instead of the scallywag if the scallywag dies first
