Totem card meh for standard I really dont think this will save the deck.
Custodian large body with an extremely each requirement for all 3. Still think it is too hard to run an 8 mana card like that.
Framester first thing Im doing is making a deck of this to just shuffle as many of them in the deck as possible and have my opponent draw like 3 of them in a turn. Does this mean its actually good? 
Honestly, shuffling into the opponent’s deck on turn 3 is pretty big against beast hunter, and it can also spoke big spell mage pretty hard.
That being said, I don’t see a tempo shaman coming together that could take advantage of it.
The 1 mana spell would be pretty solid with the anchor totem (+2/1 to 1 cost minions), but hard to reliably activate in the early game. Should just be infuse 2 or infuse 3 non-tribal.
Totem card is good in totem shaman but totem shaman will never be played until your totems actually do something WITHOUT drawing and playing a legendary on turn 5 after summoning useless 0 attack minions
The overload one might see some play but I don’t expect it to be a mainstay in any deck. The effect is too random.

Totemic Evidence, when infused, can be a cheap body generator for Bioluminescence. However you have to infuse it with totems (bad) and Renathal makes BioBurn decks pretty much unviable.
Framester on paper seems like a decent distruption card, until you remember that your opponent has to draw the cards and, even if they do, the overload only distrupts the mana on their next turn. Might be decent in wild to shut down highlander cards though.
Torghast Custodian is a nice arena card but absolute garbage in constructed.
Neat to see a bit of support for my lil totem deck at least.

Totemic card is actually good for Al’Akir The Windlord.
Could they stop trying to make totem relevant… it’s still a crappy useless 1/2 health minion that is never going to last a round or even be a threat no matter how many you summon…
They could make a Al’Akir The Windlord summon for wild pretty easy.
There we go Windshear Stormcaller. Battlecry if you control all 4 basic totems, summon Al’Akir The Windlord. Then having if you manage to get Criminal Lineup to perfect cost. Then you have 4 Al’Akir The Windlord to the face. Then if you want. Have the Ring card from Queen Azshara. Then have 1 cost Criminal Lineup.
No idea how wild works, but so what? Yeah one 3/6 with DS and shield and then what?? Is a reason he doesn’t see any play…

I think Framester has alot of potential when it can be repeated, duplicated, etc.
As a BC it may be too good, since BC has few counters.
Anything is possible, but it is also very slow. It shuffles, then they have to draw them, then the turn after they are overloaded.
Framester has some uses as anti Hilander tech. Battlecry instead of Deathrattle so immediate shut off compared to Bad Luck Albatross and shuffles 3 instead of 2.
It doesn’t carry a shield but a broom - that won’t do much unless you’re Ip Man, then even a feather duster will be fine:

Totemic Evidence is a huge buff for for totem bassed decks. sucks tho they need to bring back the 0 costs spells in standard to make totems strong enough to be competitive in standard still…
Also sucks its not even cost would of been a awesome card for even shaman.
As for framester i can think of some fun meme decks.
