[Added 4/16] [Collection] The team is investigating reports of players unable to open their last pack in a stack.

Looking forward to see if this gets fixed.
Will this fix include older reward fails on season endings that were not actioned HS team
For example:

Heroic Duels rewards not delivering Titan Pack or gold

On Android app, Duels reset with partial run. I had a 0 to 2 run partial run (I don’t remember). Opened the safe and UI showed 25/50/75/??? gold and a Titans pack as my reward. My account is not showing additional gold or Titans Pack Closed app re-tried and showing UI for new Duels run. Login on my Mac went to duels also showing new run. My account is not showing additional gold or Titans Pack
