ADDED 8/7: Arena Updates
Card appearance rates were adjusted. Mage class card appearance rates were adjusted down generally and certain high-power Mage cards were adjusted down even further. Hollow Hound’s appearance rate was also adjusted down. The appearance rates for certain cards in Druid and Rogue were adjusted up.
Bug Fixes and Game Improvements
[Hearthstone] Fixed a bug where Overkilling a hero with a minion buffed by Always a Bigger Jormungar resulted in only the Overkill being dealt, not the total damage.
[Hearthstone] Fixed a bug where Aman’Thul’s “Vision of Heroes” ability could summon Colossal minions.
[Hearthstone] Fixed a bug where Mimiron’s Cloakfield (generated by Mimiron, the Mastermind) did not grant attack if used on a minion that already had Stealth.
[Hearthstone] Fixed a bug where your opponent was also able to see cards revealed in Algalon’s Vision.
[Hearthstone] Fixed a bug where Magatha gave away Cast When Drawn spells (like the Death Knight Plagues).
[Hearthstone] Fixed a bug where Signature cards from the TITANS Reward Track were able to be disenchanted. After this fix, there will remain some user interface that looks like you can disenchant these cards, but it won’t be functional. This misleading interface will be cleaned up in a later patch.
[Battlegrounds] Cariel Roame and Edwin VanCleef’s Hero Powers have been removed from Master Nguyen’s Hero Power pool.
[Duels] The Outlander Hero Power will now check for Outcast cards that were played this turn when you didn’t have the Hero Power (such as, if you cast Metamorphosis, played an Outcast card, and then used your last Metamorphosis charge to flip back to the Outlander Hero Power).
[Duels] Beckoning Bicorn will now shuffle a Patches the Pirate into your deck, instead of putting it on top.
[Duels] Fixed a bug where Pit Stop didn’t trigger Staking a Claim.
[Duels] Fixed a bug where Tempest’s Fury could still activate if there were no enemy characters present (because the attack killed the enemy hero).
[Duels] Fixed a bug where Herald of the Scaled Ones always gave Legendary Dragons.
[Progression] Fixed a bug where the “Express Order Argunite” Achievement could not be progressed.
yet still aint fixing the lag disconnect issues everyone gets, especially when trying to apm or during battles and numerous interactions are happening.
Not bad, but there is still a lot of bugs in duels to handle:
Rainbow Death Knight builds lead to very warped buckets. They will never contain climatic necrotic explosion and will dissabide with the rune requirements (Leading to so-called “4 rune runs”).
Optimized Polarity is supposed to ignore magnetics, but as of this patch it ignores only the magnetics that it spawns itself. Any other magnetic will trigger it just the same.
On this note, you REALLY ought to ban Mechwarper for duels.
Liadrin, Blood Matriarch will give divine shield to the Dormant shell left behind by Dragonbone Ritual. It doesn’t stick to the minion though.
ive never typed a bug report before so i dont know if this is the best place to be doing it… but i was excited to play with golden sargeras after upgrading the card, and was very disappointed to find that his imp summons (“felblaze imp”) have no golden animation whatsoever.
Everything else he has, all other art, the twisting nether itself, even the other summons (the 6/6 infernals) are animated, which leads me to believe that this is bugged. I also checked the other TITANS card that summons Felblaze Imps, and that one also (when golden) makes “golden” imps that have a golden card border but no animation whatsoever. i wasn’t expecting them to be like DIAMOND CARD level of animation, just the standard particle effects/burning green flames etc. but they have nothing.
I’d really appreciate it if this were changed. Golden sargeras looks AWESOME, but having these still images of imps appear next to him makes them stick out like a sore thumb and considering the cost of making a golden card, and that a large portion of my motivation to do so for him was to make an infinite board of golden imps, it really sucks that he doesnt.
Can you fix starving in duels? It says it can only trigger on your turn, but it can indead trigger on your oppenents turn if it didnt trigger on your turn before. I’m assuming this is a bug.
They need to get rid of mechwarper for sure. They also need to rework/remove the 2nd tier passive that summons a treant as druid is beyond busted with it. Can easily get a turn 2 or even turn 1 board of 4/4 treants, not okay.
I didnt understand what was fixed?
When I play Magatha and draw Plagues I still recieve damage. I thought that this thing was fixed, but I see that it still happens. So Magatha doesnt protect from plague. It must be this way?
for decks that don’t care about any opponent, like gadgetan druid, mill druid, secret mage, quest draw demon hunter… you can create a new game mode: play alone
for super aggro decks, like almost everyone else, create a new card that reads: always appear in your mulligan hand, steals your opp hand and deck, steals turn one for the opp and destroys the enemy hero.
With Quest Season about to end I want to give some feedback:
I liked the season, doable quests and cool quest rewards.
The only critic I have is: Some quests were so rare that I barely got to play them. One example is the Wisdom Ball. I think I got it twice over the whole season while I got other quest rewards dozens of times. A little bit sad because it’s a fun quest and I would have liked to play it some more…
