Hi, until today, gold still not being granted for Reward Track level ups. Tested on 2 separate accounts.
We will receive the gold or gone forever ?

I have checked posts, this issue occurs to everyone I guess. Most of mercenaries equipment buffs with renown does not work in Boss Rush. They are still working like rank 3-4 even if you upgrade them to 15-20.

Having an issue with this as well. Was very disappointed after seeing it wasn’t addressed in the latest hotfix considering how this is such a glaring issue at the moment.
Lillian Voss’ blades of the annointed equipment does not give when you defeat the annointed blades in felwood in which I tried and completed in both normal and heroic. Fix this, give me the missing equipment and possibly give new some mercenary packs as wel for the delay.

This happens every time, so I am unable to play at all.
i am wondering whether this is the case because the name of the boss is (now? was it recently changed?) called elris gloomstalker?
out in the bounty selection the bounty is still called "the anointed blades, but the boss token in the bounty is called elris gloomstalker … could something as simple as that be preventing the equipment unlock?
I have the same problem. Any ideas on how to fix it?
MERCENARIES: Checkmate treasure doesn’t do 120 damage when you have all 3. There seems to be an animation, but no damage.
Tested on Malchezaar
Mercenaries, Blazing Horns treasure is not doing what it says. It did 6 DMG to adjacent minions instead of 78 on the description.

Another one that still can’t win gold througj experience due to the tutorial bug. Experience is being granted but no gold is earned when levels are completed. Are we going to receive our gold someday? And when id this problem going to be solved?

Hi, I am getting an error (like many others) were I am completely unable to play the game on mobile (Iphone XR). When I load Hearthstone on my phone I get stuck at the “im new” or “sign in” options that just loops infinitely.
In Mercenaries, Garrosh’s treasure Tusks of Mannoroth is broken. When I equipped it, I used to see it upgrade Horde Strength from +10 to +18 health. Now, nothing changes when I equip it. Garrosh’s other 2 treasures still modify their matching abilities correctly.
I do not believe this issue to be specific to Yu’lon. Many of the merc equipments and treasures appear to be bugged, either not giving the correct values stated, or not working entirely. Yes, I was in the Boss Rush version of the game. It’s frustrating to commit a bunch of renown to upgrade mercs to have it be entirely wasted. I hope they get around to fixing this issue soon.
Unable to create, edit or browse my collection on Android.
I can’t make a deck, edit a deck, browse my decks, or do anything. I’ve cleared cache, and re installed.
Application freezes, requiring force stop and re start.
Unusable.

I take it that you also own a Google Pixel?
The game is unrunnable on Google Pixel mobiles for 6 days now; not a single nudge from Devs or QAs that they’re on it or even prioritizing this as a fix. Good luck to us, I guess lmao
TEMPORARY FIX FOR GOOGLE PIXEL ISSUE
Found this on Reddit. A temporary fix has been found until Devs actually care:
- On your phone, go to Settings > Game Dashboard > enable “Use Game Dashboard” and “Game Dashboard Floating Icon”
- Open Hearthstone, click on the round Game Dashboard icon
- Change optimization settings from “Standard” to “Battery Saver”. Game will prompt to restart. Accept the prompt.
With this, game will function normally. I have tested with Google Pixel 6 and it works for me.
It’s just sad that it has been six days since the last patch, and a painful radio silence from Devs, Q/A, community managers, etc.
Remember this the next time you think of spending money on Hearthstone; they don’t care about their users.

I’m having a problem on mobile. About 90% of the time I open the mercenaries tab from main menu the whole app freezes. I’ve also been having the game freeze randomly during battlegrounds. I’ve reinstalled the game and it is still having the same problems. Does anyone know any fixes for this?
