I could not claim my Black Empire pack today because Twitch said I encountered an error that it was not connected to Hearthstone although when I log into my Blizzard account it says I am.

I encounter the same problem. I can’t claim day 1 or 2 of the Devs VS Streamers drops despite there nothing appearing wrong with the connection between my accounts.
I had to disconnect and re-connect my account to claim the packs. I don’t know why.
