The CATACLYSM expansion is erupting into Hearthstone, and nothing will ever be the same.

Not being able to buy packs on release day, OOF that is a massive screw up. Someone’s getting fired for sure lol

My guess is someone already got fired, creating a lack of manpower, and this is the result.

I made the mistake to pre-order because Deathwing and all but…. where are my packs ? I expect to see a quick fix.
With the shop being closed, I thought I’d go play arena for a while…
So… what’s up with arena? I had arena runs in progress, which I left until the new expansion dropped so I would get Cataclysm packs rather than Timeways.
However, when I logged in, I appeared to get Timeways packs, even though I hadn’t finished the runs. When I tried to open the packs, they weren’t there. It now wants me to spend more tickets to start a new run.
Obviously we had arena rotation last week, not today, so why were my runs retired, and where’s my rewards?
Also, if I start a new run, will that also go pear-shaped?
Nope. Fix shop otherwise all its useless

Bought the tavern pass already as well.
my shop is closed on pc and android too, cant buy tawern pass also
