From my point of view,that quest that is on warlock and hunter,is very useful.
It will be a problem for those who have multiple cards that are based on a combo for one card,and if the opponent is in this situation,and lose his hand,he will give up playing,this quest is very scary!!

Tbh it looks like a card that sounds a lot worse than it is.
In practice, it’ll probably be underpowered but frustrating to deal with.
