Ranked Reward Packs
At the end of the last Ranked season, those who opened their rewards got Lost City of Un’Goro packs instead of the intended Across the Timeways packs.
Yes, the bug was discussed here.
Here’s how we’re making it right:
- Next week, we’ll be sending you the proper Across the Timeways packs you should have received.
- You’ll keep the Lost City of Un’Goro packs you already opened.
Hmm… There I was, at first, trying to find the catch to no avail (although I’m feeling a bit tired right now). However, it might be this: what of the Lost City of Un’Goro packs that hasn’t been opened yet?
I was just thinking, it might have been too tricky to track and purge the cards opened from those packs from collections (and what if they were disenchanted etc?), thus this little feat of sudden generosity.
Signature Mister Clocksworth
A bug caused the Signature Mister Clocksworth card to appear in Across the Timeways packs, and we removed it from collections. That was a mistake. Each collection is personal and represents your history of play and love for the game. While there may be extreme circumstances that call for altering a collection, this wasn’t one of them.
I don’t get why that is the case, but if you think so…
We know how much your collection means to you, and we apologize for the frustration this caused.
Here’s how we’re making it right:
- As of this post, we’ve restored the Signature Mister Clocksworth card to everyone affected.
- You’ll keep the random Signature card you already received.
- We’re also sending you 5 Golden Across the Timeways packs.
I suppose some — or perhaps many? — people were really upset about it, so that it warranted such a profound apology to placate them, I dunno. As said, I don’t get it, and the solution of replacing the card in question with another Signature Legendary seemed adequate, but maybe it’s just me.

Because some people may have still been happy to pull that specific card in signature and it was forcibly removed from their account ?

Really happy for these people and happy that now blizzard can never say again “Sorry, but it’s not possible because our philosophy is we compensate not a few people only all or nothing.” This is what you mostly get told by complaining, now it’s time to open these tickets again.
did anyone make mistake this time ? becuase before this when we got cards due to bugs we were allowed to keep them
And?
For example, if someone sends money to your bank account by mistake, normally you can’t keep it.
Oh, and cards in HS aren’t even like that, you don’t really own anything.
How about instead of destroying an already useless card you revert the change, admit you made a mistake, and change the animation. THAT would be redemptive transparency. Not this bs magnanimity. The gall is unrivaled. Unreal.

Hello Hearthstone team, I’m glad you’re making changes for the community, and I’d like to offer some suggestions.
I obtained the Signature Chrono-Lord Deios, and I noticed that you changed the Rank 20 pass reward from a random Legendary card to its normal version, which cannot be disenchanted, and the golden version is also in the roster. This is frustrating; I don’t need so many versions of Chrono-Lord Deios. If Mister Clocksworth received compensation, could the Signature Chrono-Lord Deios also receive it? I’m just a regular player, and I hope you can hear my voice.
*Also, my Demon Hunter（Orion#31670) just reached 500 wins, but my hero and hero power haven’t turned golden. I really miss him. Could you please take a look at what happened?

You will have to wait for a fix for this bug.
all you’ll do is make it worse for casual players and better for those who overpay in your store and the elite players.
better yet, just quit due to your inability to make a fun game that ANYONE can get to legend with ANY deck.

I’m glad that hey made it right, but this still really sucks for the people who pulled the card behind the paywall. They don’t seem to get any compensation.
They didn’t get it deleted, so no random signature card;
They didn’t get it restored, but might still receive 5 golden packs, but others who didn’t get it behind the paywall do as well.
It literally punished the people who purchased it as intended. Maybe they should give the people who purchased it as intended another signature card that can only be obtained behind a paywall.
Just my thoughts.

Hey, why haven’t they received some free packs (and ‘premium’ glitz to boot) out of the blue for nothing, like some others?
But rewards accidental bug users and whiners.
Here we come to my initial point: I just don’t get their reasoning behind it all.
When they posted it initially, it raised no questions from me whatsoever. Okay, some people got a ‘premium’ card, which they shouldn’t have, by mistake, sorry, we take that back, but since you opened a signature card in a pack, we give you another, this time a proper one. Fine, makes sense. What’s more, a ‘premium’ version of a free card could be worse than an ‘actual’ legendary card, in signature form, they’d have got otherwise for some players, especially budget or F2P ones, so this fix would be welcome in that regard, too.
The whole show they put on about it, though, mostly raises a big question: why? Hey, I don’t mind if some people got some extras — okay, they got lucky and won a little lottery of sorts, good for them; I don’t mind if everyone gets some freebies, why ever not. But this? Their particular line of reasoning keeps eluding me.
Question: When EXACTLY do players get the 5 golden packs?

Should I be doing something specific?
There’s even been a new expansion patch but the game is still unplayable on pixel devices. Will you ever fix that?
Have packs been delivered? I haven’t seen anything in my account. Quite annoying. I think I also had an Arena run expire when Timeways launched but got nothing out of it.
