anomalies + trinkets are a nice combo no idea why did they wait so long for it !
Arena Player since day 1. Very disappointed in the change to the way gold is rewarded. I typically purchase the mini sets every expansion and occasionally more. However, the new rewards model is absolutely unacceptable. I uninstalled the game after 10 years. Sad day. I’ll keep watching patch notes to see if you change your stance.
Dev Comment: Standard currently offers a good variety of viable deck classes and archetypes, but there are a few outliers that we wanted to tone down as we prepare to step into The Lost City of Un’Goro. Just like with our other recent updates, these changes are mostly to make burst turns slower and clunkier, curbing both play experience and power outliers.

Despite this, you still adjust cards like Divine Brew, and not actual offender (aka ‘I ramp like three Druids on fertilisers’, aka the Tourist card) enabling such turns?
Can we stop with anomalies? We just had them. Just change up the card selection instead
You can? You’re not being prevented from playing fun decks, now if you want to WIN with fun decks that’s another matter

This is my first ever petition after playing this game for several years.
Hearthstone Battlegrounds has the potential to be one of the best games out there, but lately it has become almost unplayable due to numerous bugs and performance issues. I’d like to share some of the most frustrating problems many of us are experiencing:
Frequent crashes: Sometimes the game crashes during or right before the combat phase, forcing you to wait 10–15 minutes or lose MMR.
Desync issues: There are cases where the combat phase last longer than usual or the game becomes unresponsive, making you lose your turn entirely. Restarting the game is often the only way to recover, but that means missing another combat phase.
Long animations: The animations are very slow, especially on low- to mid-spec devices, making it impossible to play many synergy-heavy builds like Battlecry or Pirates effectively.
Last-second purchase bug: When buying a card at the last second, the game sometimes crashes, and the card gets stuck on the board or becomes invisible. Occasionally, it even results in 8 minions showing up, breaking the game flow.
Reconnection bug: After a disconnect, the reconnect window sometimes stays stuck on screen even though you’re back in the game, forcing another restart.
Unfair combat timer: It appears that combat duration is not consistent across all players. Some players experience longer animations — such as Reborn, Deathrattle resummons, or other effects — which causes their combat to take more time than others. This can result in some players having more time to prepare for the next turn, while others are forced to rush or even miss actions entirely. In close matches, this creates a significant imbalance.
I really love this game and I believe it deserves better technical support. I hope the developers take these issues seriously and work towards fixing them.
