I really hope the Arena revamp is just a return of duels. Never forgiven them for removing the mode I played daily and used ALL my gold on.

Much prefer to spend the extra time to get the arena updates correct than rush it early. Arena has been my favorite game mode since its launch and am exciting to see the changes.
I can’t wait for more arena update details. Its my favorite mode. My biggest concern is that they will reduce the rewards, making soft infinite impossible.
They should make it F2P. Currently it’s impossible to play it with gold alone, because it’s easy to run out (if you want to play a lot of matches in a month).

They already explained what the revamp is gonna be when they announced it
Arena will be split in 2 modes, both with a ladder (iirc)
One mode will be 6 wins max
The other one will be 12 as of now
They add one new system in the 12 mode (iirc) which allows you to redraft part of your deck after each loss

Everytime they come up with news like this… its bad.
They present it like its new and exciting, but when you draw the line, its a nerf of some kind, every time.

Please include a link, ideally at the end, to the Upcoming Features Schedule that this is an update for. I’ve either missed it or forgotten what was in it, and it wasn’t in the “More Stories” links below (which I suspect to be autogenerated).
The update is appreciated, mind! This is what I’d think of as a small QoL addition for it – and doing the same for other, similar ‘schedule update’ articles in the future would also be similarly appreciated.

The arena revamp was announced at blizzcon but I haven’t seen an article on the Hearthstone forum
The pets have been announced (actually just teased) in a post about why we were not getting expansion boards anymore

OH yeah… so the game is going to crash 10 times more than it is now right?
you going to nerf the cancer cards yet? Left paying on heathstone years ago, left D4 a year ago, left WoW over 6 years ago…but yeah blizz you keep going bleeding customers. Maybe you should take a good long hard look at what made people love your games…but that was before ActivCancer took over.
