Hi ! anyone here playing wizard, and know where ( which specific dungeon or helliquarry ) drop Novel Castigation Pant ( for arcane torrent ) ?
I am now at paragon level 980, but after farming for more than a month, I still can’t get this pant, only drop the repeated same gear which i already have it.
Unlike set items, where different parts of the set drop from specific dungeons. legendary items are completely random drops, i.e. there is no particular location that will drop the pants that you’re missing. You just have to keep farming and hope they eventually drop.

It took me over six weeks to get a Barbarian shoulder piece.
