Wiz shoulder choice

Hi,
I’m using the recommended build with Meteor and Scorch.
I’ve got 2 shoulders, one with Meteor +10% and the other with Scorch radius +20%. Which is best?

Why don’t you just test it on dummy (at Westmarch) with both shoulders and see which deals more damage?

Thanks. Looks like the Meteor damage is better.
