Wind walk skill essence chanting wind should give 2 sec cooldown reduction to all skill but the problem is it’s work with all skill except rolling surf and crosswind I don’t get 2 sec reduction
Yes it only works if you’re doing basic attacks WHILE Wind Walk is active and you press rolling surf or other skills, I came here just to report this very problem.
