Will I get banned if I play on my phone & computer (mouse & keyboard)?

Hey,
I just got into the game. I’m progressing casually through the story, mostly by myself. I’m not interacting with the shop yet, as I don’t understand all the mechanics yet. I can see this changing if I like the game as I progress to the endgame.

However I’ve stopped playing mostly because of D4 S2, but now that I’m getting stuff completed over there I’ve been tempted to boot DI again. The thing is I’ve been seeing dozens of posts about the bans. Most people saw that they’re playing with a controller (I’m not), but I’ve read about people not playing with a controller and still getting a ban.

Honestly I’m concerned about getting a random permaban on my longstanding Blizzard account. So much so that I’m unwilling to even launch the game anymore.

I have my own personal phone with regular social media apps and the such. I use Bluetooth with my Galaxy Buds.

On my PC I’ve got Steelseries GG for my headset, mouse and keyboard.

No VPNs whatsoever. My phone is connected to my work wi-fi (government).

Should I be safe, or have people with similar setups as mine been randomly ban?

I started using a controller and got banned so I wouldn’t put it passed them…my assumption is their cheat detection system is flawed in some way and they can’t be bothered to look into all these unwarranted bans :(. If blizzard would explicitly state the reason for the band then at least we would know with 100% certainty that <insert some phone app, peripheral, etc> is the root cause for this nonsense. Cheaper for them to not care though so….

I am using a controller on my PC and playing on my mobile phone. Nothing happened. Even none of my clan mates who were using controllers were banned.
