Unless I got confused here but isn’t that last time on helliquarry raid, only Raid Leader can start the raid? So why change it in this update?
Just tonight, someone in my raid party kept starting the raid before the raid leader and got the raid order wrong or entered the cleared raid a few times. Making the entire raid tonight wasn’t smooth at all, as we had to exit the raid multiple times.
So yeah, please revert the change and make only raid leader can start the raid.
At the same time, please also make the corvus raid leader can start the corvus, not the random guy from 29 people.
When you form the raid, there are options available…
By default, the raid leader is the only Raid Admin so, unless you promote one of the other people in the raid to be a Raid Admin, it should just be the Raid Leader that can start it.
But that’s only for the raid formation, moving members from one group to the other. By default, anyone can start the raid, as it used to be. They changed it so only the raid leader could, don’t know why they reverted that change. I can tell this because I created a raid yesterday, I didn’t change any default options and it was someone else that started the fight… (I’m talking about helliquary, no idea about Corvus).
I guess I was just been lucky then, as I ran a set of 65555 this morning and everyone behaved themselves and let me click to start each boss. I thought that first tickbox might also prevent non-raid-admins from starting.
I’ve got WB raids tonight, so I’ll warn my WB leader and see if I’m able to start the ready check on one of tonight’s bosses.
–==[ EDIT ]==–
Confirmed. I was able to issue a ready check / zone-in whilst not the leader of tonight’s raids.
