About every PVP game has a Team Deathmatch. This one doesn’t.

People do Vault and resurrect each other just to create their own Team Deathmatch.
Some do BGs just to get kills now. When we notice that, we have an agreement and make our own game. Team Deathmatch.
Since it’s not done, we make our own. Do it.
Does Wild Brawl counts?

That’s a Team Free For All/Team Battle Royal. Besides, those aren’t permanent.
But it was a deathmatch, with team, and it doesn’t have structure objective. Only killing.
And the vault example you mentioned, you can only kill the same 4 people from the opposite team no matter how the both side organized or made a prior agreement. You can’t 1 VS 7 in Vault or 1 VS 15 in BG.
Wildbrawl is the closest thing you can ask for, and yes, Westmarch dueling too on a small scale.
Im talking traditional 8 vs. 8 matches. Everything is an objective in this game.
What would be the point of that? Only whales could enjoy such a game mode as literally everyone else would be just fodder to them. Or maybe you enjoy being killed again and again without having any chance to fight back…
Whether you’re a whale or not, given a wider map, there’s a chance to run away and let someone else take care of the enemy.
