What does the score on a weapon represent?

Are you taking about the cosmetics profile score ? Everyone who have obtained Cosmetics have a total number of it - weapons, armor, portal or special effect (phantom market only). It shows how many of them you have but sometimes the score number differ from their total count, which I made a separate thread about here at the forums but still nobody has answered me.
My guess is that you mean this:

When you click on the details button (next to the Score), it shows you how it’s calculated and what elements are taken into account.
