Vithus Urges is completely broken and not increasing benefical effect duration of many things like mothers lament and even the new harbinger paragon skills honed steel and ambush which are buffed by other sources of benefical effect duration instead.
For the love of god please fix benefical effect duration from the vithus set. This has been broken for ages !
