The big red damaging circles are a great change from season 1’s corruption overflow. It went from a mysterious and probably buggy dice roll between ignorable and certain death to something understandable and avoidable thru better play. Big thumbs up from me.
Now my only issue is that cutscene when you break the last wall down. Players are stuck in place and when that red circle effect is going off mid cutscene it shreds. I think mobs have hit me during it too. One run I started the boss in 1hp cheat death despite being at full hp when the wall broke. You either need to turn off attacks or invuln the players if you’re going to make them sit there for an unskippable animation.
