I am reaching out through this forum after several months of unresolved issues with my account. My account has been suspended, and I am convinced that this is due to a misunderstanding. I have always followed the rules and cannot comprehend the reasons for the suspension.

Communications via the ticket system have not led to any resolution; I only receive automated responses that do not address the specifics of my case. As a loyal customer who values the gaming experience, I expect support that is individualized and carefully considers my situation.

I miss the direct contact with the support team that was possible in the past. Personal assistance via phone or live chat often led to quick and effective problem-solving. This kind of service would undoubtedly lead to a satisfactory resolution in my case as well.

Therefore, I urgently request that my case be subjected to a personal review. I am confident that a manual examination by a member of the support team – be it a GM or a developer – would reveal the mistake and lead to the lifting of the suspension.

Unfortunately for you they could probably care less. It’s sucks but that’s the views with similar issues and cases. They don’t like something they slap you and then move on without another thought.
