I found a bug in this game with Monk class skill flying kick. Unbound river (shoulder gear) damage for 550% to shielded opponent players in Battleground (PvP) not working as well. From my experience I can only rated this gear 4/10 to trigger gear effect when using flying kick skill. I hope Blizzard fix this issue as soon as possible.
