Yes. That is why many whales in my server became tempest.

Bear with it ,or switch to tempest temorarily . Tempest is part of the anniverssary thingy so i don’t see it getting nerfes anytime soon .
I think the Tempest’s are like a hero class in DI, somewhat like The Death Knights in WOW. I also think I am not a fan of Whale behavior.
