Tale from adventurer’s chronicle located in hall of ascension is not accessible for people who never become immortal. Please get rid of this tale. Its ok to have the one in the shadow area cause everyone gets to be a shadow.

Whilst it’s not possible to get 100% of the chronicle entries without getting access to the one in the Immortal Hall, you can get all of the rewards from the Chronicle without ever collecting the Immortal-specific or the Shadow-specific entries. They deliberately made the max rewards possible without having to join one of the two factions, i.e. even Adventurers can get this.

Blizzard need place books in places available for all. Shadiow book at entrance for shadows and immortal book at entrance for immortals

no reason to, there is a shadow and an immortal only one. You don’t need both to get full rewards. It sucks if youre a completionist but if you really are one become immortal and do the full cycle imo

Say for yourself. Many people wants to collect everything in game. Rewards or not it’s not important. Just 100% achievements, books and other possible in game.

Indeed, very simple on a server with 6 whale clans exchanging reigns.
its part of the game, either deal with it or quit. Heck if you play enough just ask, I can become immortal any time I want and im a F2P.

Come to deckard cain server and try to become an immortal without joining one of the 6 clans that reigns then.
