Subject: Purchased Battle Pass – Game Crashed Immediately – Purchase Charged but Content Missing

Hello @BlizzardCSEU_EN, @AppleSupport, @PayPal,

I recently purchased a Battle Pass in Diablo Immortal. Right after the purchase, the game crashed with a message to restart due to an error. After restarting, the Battle Pass was not unlocked or visible in my account.

However, the payment went through — I received invoices from both PayPal and Apple.

I contacted Blizzard Support, but they told me they cannot find any record of the purchase in their system. PayPal initially denied my dispute but is currently reviewing it again.

Apple directed me to contact PayPal, PayPal directed me back to Apple, and Blizzard cannot assist without purchase verification.

I’m stuck between the three and kindly request your urgent help to either confirm the purchase so the Battle Pass can be unlocked, or to process a refund.

so you know the chances of getting the answer you seek here are slim. You got an answer from support which will be no different. Hopefully PP can sort this out so you can provide support the info they need
