According to the description, mist-touched orbs is raise attack and movement speed by 28.5%, but if we dress off wear, pick up the orb and open char stats when its show 15% moving speed and 0% attack speed… do you mean primary attack in description? And what about the movement speed, why it’s not 28.5% boost?
