Shield Doesn’t Show on Back in Westmarch

Weapon cosmetics do not appear on my character at all

CRUSADER shield cosmetic do not appear on the back at all no mater which weapon cosmetic i choose, all i can see in my character ingame is a armor and sword no shield visible. Any help please?
