Last saturday SW was bugged and nobody could participate in battles. Most of the players got apology rewards which included 4 legendary crests and some players like myself got nothing. Where is the case?
We had another problem. We were a top10 shadow clan and won the war on saturday. After this we were no longer in the top10 and missed the rite of exile. We all got no compensation for that!
We saw some clans in the top10 for the rite of exile who lost the war. :-/
Shadow war problem was every server in europe. We also got zero compensation on void server

Most players of our clan also did not receive a compensation tho most other clans did.
