I’ve seen they added send your extra familiars in missions etc options .is it as good as it seems or do I get reduced rewards if I send them instead of doing these stuffs myself ?

You get exactly the same rewards as if you did the activity yourself.
However, bear in mind that even if you assign four familiars to the same task they will take way longer to complete it than if you did it yourself.
As an example, let’s assume you’re a Shadow. On a Monday, you have three Contracts to do, which give you 770 Shadow Points each. On my hero, I can generally complete all three of those in under 15 minutes total. Sending out four Familiars to do a single Contract, takes them 6 hours, so getting all three done would take 18 hours.
So, the benefit of this sort of stuff is for people that maybe don’t have a lot of time to play during the day. They can log into game early in the morning, send Familiars out to do something that will take 6 hours, and it’ll be done by the time they come back to the game in the evening.
I believe the exception to this is Iben Fahd’s Sanctum. When you send your familiar, it only opens the free chest. Usually it is common practice to open all chests in the first room until you obtain 377 keys needed to open all chests. Also as mentioned, it takes your familiar quite a long time to complete something that you can do yourself very quickly.
