Hi Blizzard Support,
I’m encountering a bug with my Seeping Bile legendary gem in Diablo Immortal. When I attempt to remove it from my gear, I receive a prompt that requires me to “power up” the gem first, even though it’s already at Rank 2 and socketed properly. In another instance, the gem appeared to become dormant after using the Armory, and I noticed that my gear’s awakening and gem essence were no longer intact.
I’ve tried restarting the game and checking my inventory, but the issue persists. Could you please look into this and advise on a fix or recovery? I need to resort to using armory to reinstate the jem.
