The 475 voidblood slag is only available the very first time you kill the boss, with a raid group that has 4 (or more) members of the same Warband in it.
If you kill it subsequent times, you don’t get the voidblood slag again.
If you kill it with less than 4 Warband members in the raid, you don’t get the reward.
