A PvP Target Dummy room would be awesome and I think super popular! You could even have dummies with defensive secondaries (Armor and Resistance) configurable. It could be a new area in Westmarch or a room you jump into from the rite of exile door like rite practice. Same format as the dummies with stash, essence transfer, and duels but just with the strife debuff active.
Also a suggestion for both rooms: make the dummies UNTARGETABLE for players in duels. Everyone finds this super annoying.
One other suggestion: The amount of damage reduced by block is modified by the Armor secondary stat vs Armor Penetration, so it would be cool to be able to configure the block chance stat on the dummies as well.

Exactly. They should have add PVP (Strified) dummy instead of Boss Dummy in the first place.
Also, expand the training ground. It is too small even for dueling or testing. Some of your attacks strayed off and hit the Boss Dummy sometimes. 
need full sandbox tbh, there are so many options but takes so much time to do them all
