Prodigy’s Path Can’t Claim Rewards after i purchased

Is there anyone here could help me here?
I haven’t received any rewards from prodigy path after i purchased! It’s almost 24 hours already.

The Prodigy’s Path Prizes are obtained as you gain levels, every 5 paragon levels will give you the Adept’s Prizes and if you unlocked them, the Prodigy’s Prizes. But not all at once. You will end up with the 1280 orbs, 12 legendary crests and 640 keys once you have gained enough paragon levels, or 14 days after the season has ended, as explained in the info:

I’m currently paragon 782. I don’t think the level is the issue here.
Been playing about 1 and half week now.
It is said that only unclaimed will be sent vail mail 14days after the season ends.
Does this mean i have to wait 14days after the season end? Not instantly can claim anything?

Also i brought already the seasonal path and why there’s still $19.9 on it? Not greyout. Can i provide screenshots.

Thank you for responding! I’m having hard time to contact support on blizzards.
Googleplay said best to contact blizzard. This is just frustrating for a new player like me.

ok got that! I can see the someone has same issue as me back on 2024. I hope they will refund me or give some compensation to it!

It’s not about how much paragon levels you have, it’s about getting NEW levels. For every 5 levels you get, you obtain the corresponding prizes, then you have to get 5 more levels to obtain the next prizes. As an example, if the Seasonal Prodigy’s Path starts when you are at Paragon 700, you get the first prize when you reach Paragon 705, the second when you reach 710 and so on.

If you claim the prizes as you earn them, there’s no waiting time. Those 14 days are only meant as a guarantee for any prizes you don’t claim (in case you forget or stop playing for a while).

I see. But still the prodigy still has the $19.99 value means to say that i haven’t avail it and it’s bug.

You will eventually receive everything in the Prodigy Path, but you won’t receive the remainder of the items until 14 days after the season ends, as shown in the screenshot FernandoCR posted.

You’re getting what was advertised.
If you didn’t read it before you bought it, that doesn’t make it a bug.

I saw someone bought prodigy via youtube and he instantly received the free rewards ORBS,KEY AND LC and his prodigy path has “PURCHASED” mark greyout mine was still “19.9” which is why i’m saying it’s bug. Are you reading my comments?

Well if you can’t claim the rewards instantly after purchased then this type of purchased is totally misleading. As a player you should instantly get what you’ve paid for.

It’s the seasonal prodigy path

I have bought it, and I got every individual set of prizes, both Adept’s and Prodigy’s whenever the character’s paragon went up by 5 levels. Completed all 40 levels (8 sets of prizes) days ago, before the latest update.

The only ways to get all of the Prodigy’s prizes at once are:
… Buying it AFTER you have already “completed” the +40 paragon level-ups.
… Or buying it when the season starts but not claiming any prizes until you have completed those +40 levels.

From what I’ve read in other topics, it seems that this current Seasonal Prodigy’s path is not counting correctly the paragon levels gained, since some days ago. If this is the case, definitely, it is a bug. Probably caused by the latest update, being that I could complete it before.
As proof:

I already got the adept’s price previously. Only the prodigy prices that i purchased haven’t claim any single of them.
As i can see your’s has “UNLOCK” on the lower right that means you have purchased it.

But in my side there still “$19.9” means that i haven’t purchased anything from them. And this is surely a bug!.

As i’ve said and i will said again paragon level is not the issue. Claiming after 14 days is not an issue. The issue here is that why i can’t claim anything after i purchased.

Can you claim the left free side? Have you also confirmed that the purchase did in fact finalize and is not in limbo? If so this might be more ticket worthy than forum worthy as 9/10 all replies on here are usually just other players.

I have confirmation that it was successful.
I have official receipt, Order number and what ever legal purchase. Both of googeplay and my 3rd party app. that it was succesfully purchased they also both inform me.
I’ve try sending a ticket the problem is that the ticket that i was trying to send it’s just keep on loading and loading. Already read some info. regarding on the site that it may take up to 72hours that’s 3 days.

But this one is keep on bugging me.

Already contact the googleplay and they said i need to contact blizzard regarding the issue. If i ask blizzard. They put on the description that i have to contact google play. So which one should i contact? This is ridiculous. I don’t know where should i contact with my problem.
