Polished jade correction - did not receive corrected points

In-Game Mail speaks of corrected points and some extra points for the progress acquired from phantom gallery. It should be live but I neither did get corrected points, nor did I get a compensation. Server: Segithis

UPDATE: Gem Surge Event Correction

Greetings Adventurers, We recently had an issue with our Gem Surge event where players were not receiving the correct number of points in the Gem Surge event for their Litra spent in the Hunter’s Moon Phantom Gallery, and may have some confusion on the Obol to point ratio. Players should have been able to earn 1 point for every 10 Litra spent during the event. This issue is set to be resolved soon. I did receive like 300 points but i had used 200 eternal and legendary crest these automatically are 3200 points… what is going on?
