The sader was many many months very medicore at pvp, now he is at least good for something especially at the new convoy bg.
I have the fear by nerfing his best legendary (rose) he falls back again.
Yes i know that he does very good aoe dammage atm but the price for this is high, he has no movement at all and is a total glass cannon, other toons like tempest does nearly the same aoe and dash like crazy + shields and survival.
Even after the tempest nerf this toon will sure rule the bgs like he does for months, for my taste the sader and barb nerfs are not really needed this time.
YES NERF CRUSADERS BLIZZARDS ! They are one shotting everyone without breaking a sweat and are even more mobile than barbarians right now !!! NERF CRUSADERS PLEASE !!!
There used to be a time in human history where people could have opposing points of view and speak with dignity in discourse, without insulting or deprecating each other.
It seems that went with the turn of the century. It is not being critical, it is sad more than anything else.
Do you know the other classesâ hardships?
When I played, Crusader had bigger advantages than disadvantages compared to other classes. Your post is a crybaby.
The current Crusader is not as bad as you are worried about.
Donât cherish Crusader only because it is the only class you play.
Crusader is the most broken thing right now and deserves every nerf he gets. In fact they should be nerfed much much harder. The op is out of his mind or living under a rock.
Empirical data says hello again.
This is from my serverâs / clusterâs Master Battlegrounds leaderboard rankingsâŚ
Class
Number of Legends
Wizard
33 Legends
Barbarian
32 Legends
Monk
4 Legends
Demon Hunter
11 Legends
Crusader
22 Legends
Necromancer
18 Legends
Blood Knight
4 Legends
Tempest
41 Legends
Wizards are roughly 50% more popular than Crusaders.
Barbarians are roughly 50% more popular than Crusaders.
Tempests are roughly 100% more popular than Crusaders.
If theyâre so âbrokenâ why arenât people playing them?
I had to check mine out of curiosity and Iâm a bit disappointed by the overall numbers xD
Class : Legends / Bronze 3+
Wizard : 18 / 125
Barbarian : 6 / 107
Monk : 6 / 47
Demon Hunter : 7 / 126
Crusader : 13 / 123
Necromancer : 10 / 135
Blood Knight : 1 / 40
Tempest : 13 / 182
*Bronze 3+ is for total number of PvP players
Iâm quite surprised by the number of Wizards lately, had a few games with 4+ on each team o_O
Next patch will move things here and there. (sorry, cannot manage to draw a proper table )
I play all the classes and honestly, the crusader is closer to the rest for the first time in quite a while. Each class with a specific set of procs will do massive bursts of damage but it is not consistent.
I have seen complaints about monks remaining permanently invisible so I tried the two off-hands with mystic strike and it is possible I suppose because I got it to 1 second CDR without reforging or changing any stats, but I liked the build I had and put it back. I can see that it would make it difficult in pvp. I also remember the invisible teleport for the Wizard had the same problem initially too and the shield complaints with the Tempest originally.
Theyâre balancing thatâs all I see. The HotA is grunty when the right skills are procâd too but not too differently to other classes. Some classes do more damage to specific classes as do specific skills, and also to specific monsters, anyone can notice that in Helliquary bosses.
I play five classes on one account and this is only my personal opinion from my own experiences, and nothing more.
Useless data can be dismissed without much consideration. Anyone with functioning eyes and a brain knows why crusaders are a problem currently and in need of drastic measures

@Sturdy - Just a question because you are being so adamant, I gather you have played the crusader to make this assessment?
Theyâve made it pretty easy to switch classes so I figure you have played this specific build and compared it against your preferred class to be so sure?
The crusader still suffers from very low mobility/movement and very long cooldowns.
If someone really call the crusader op then he probably never played a tempest.
All data here shows very good the actual power dominance.
Sadly the new tempest nerf will not change much because they nerfed only the range of his aoe and not the dps, he just dashes a few more times and has nearly the same kills then before because the insane burst damage of this class.
What seems to be obvious is that youâd rather ignore data and stick to your claim than admit the data disproves your claim. Again, if Crusaders were so ridiculously broken / overpowered, why are there 50% more Wizards and Barbarians, and 100% more Tempests at Legend rank? Why are people deliberately not choosing the most broken / overpowered class? The obvious answer is that itâs not the most overpowered class right now, Tempest is.
You presented a claim / argument, my data disproves your claim / argument and rather than admitting your claim / argument is faulty, youâre going to ignore the data, which means your claim / argument is based on feelings, not evidence, and thatâs why it can be dismissed just as easily.
Youâre dismissing data because that data disproves your claim. What can be dismissed easily are claims based on feelings rather than facts, like the ones youâre making.
With all this data given from everyone in their servers, one thing is particularly clear. Monks are on the bottom, yet again, after too many complaints by everyone who never worried about monks, suddenly had too, complained relentlessly, and now theyâre not worried about again. All thanks to a supposed âbugâ, but was an actual nerf.
Everyone complaining about nerfing this class or that class, is ignoring the obvious, class imbalance period.
Start asking for fair and balanced classes for all, not nerfs for any class you donât play.
If there are enough voices complaing about that, something might be done.
