I have completed my main line quest. I have once again tried to open Path of Blood and it is still greyed out. any suggestions?
When you become a Shadow, you are directed to visit an NPC in the Assembly Hall. If you’ve been a Shadow before, he’ll ask you if you want to skip the tutorial / hand-holding steps. If not, he’ll direct you through what you need to do. One of the first things he’ll tell you to do is a single level of POB, as that gives you sufficient Shadow rank to unlock Vault and Contracts. If you don’t have access to POB yet, it sounds like you still need to visit the NPC in the Assembly Hall.
Apparently, sometimes the NPC fails to spawn in the Assembly Hall. If you get there, and the NPC doesn’t appear to be available, exit and re-start the game and he should re-appear.
I am confident that one of two things happens. You do Akeba’s token(s) thingee if asked (or not) as well as what Meteorblade said abiove…
The second which I am fairly sure must occur, is to get the navigation path to Path of Blood activated…The NPC as stated directly above is the only thing I know of that triggers that. Also make sure you have spoken to the Lottery guy in the Assembly hall (not in the bar)…he’s NW
