There really needs to be an overhaul of how the immortal clans are selected. Clans in second and third place who have earned the right to be immortal have been passed over repeatedly for weaker clans just because they’re “buddy-buddy” with the main immortal clan. I get that this is supposed to be a social game, but the clans who have fought for their place at the top of the clan listing should be brought into the immortal standing before allowing buddy’s in lower clans to be immortal. Allow them in if the second and third place clans decline, but give the higher ranked clans the option of receiving the place they’ve earned. This needs to be fixed before you lose more players. Fix the game mechanics, make it fair. Stop catering to the whales and remember the rest of the players.

There is only one true immortal clan. The other two are invited in. It has nothing to do with rankings and 100% with who you know. There is no battle for second or third place just the overall immortal leader.
For the age of the game this will never change as it will upset the current balance and there will be more complaints.

So basically, working as intended because I am pretty sure that 2nd and 3rd in Shadow Clan Ranking are usually a whale clan too.
