Not in a group/raid during battleground

During battleground, I was neither in an active raid nor in an active group, thus not profiting from any buffs of my teammates etc.

In addition to a description of the bug you are reporting, please provide:

Device Type: iPad
Device Model: iPad 10th generation
Device Operating System: iOS 17.5.1
Diablo Immortal App Version: 3.0.3

Same thing is happening to me today. Did you find a fix?

I think I fixed the problem simply by closing the game, clearing the cache, then logging back on (Android).
