Fading Ember Caps
There are two separate caps for the amount of Fading Embers a player can earn per week.
Weekly Limit (280)
- Players earn 8 Fading Embers per Elder Rift completed.
- These are earned regardless of whether crests have been added or not.
- This limit will be reached by completing 35 Elder Rifts (35 * 8 = 280).
Bonus Weekly Limit (120)
- For each crest added to the Elder Rift, all players will earn a bonus Fading Ember.
- For a group of 4 players, each adding 3 crests, that’s a total of 12 crests, so they all earn 12 bonus Fading Embers. This limit will be reached by running 10 Elder Rifts like this.
- For a group of 4 players, each adding 10 crests, that’s a total of 40 crests, so they all earn 40 bonus Fading Embers. This limit will be reached by running 3 Elder Rifts like this.
How to check if you’ve reached these caps
- From the Elder Rift window, click on the Fading Ember icon at the top centre of the window
