Necromancer speed bug

Ive got +17% movement speed in demonic relics and +14% movement in green gear, yet my total speed bonus is listed as 20%. Is there some sort of speed cap for Necro’s or is the game just showing another bug?

AFAIK, the Special Attributes of Demonic Remains (like increased movement speed, skill cooldwon reduction, etc.) only work in Helliquary Raids and Challenge Rifts. Try entering a challenge rift and checking your attributes, they are probably way higher than what you normally see.

Here’s my hero stood in a Challenge Rift, and his Additional Attributes…

In both sets of screenshots, I’ve highlighted attributes that are different between Westmarch and the Challenge Rift, i.e. Crit Chance, Crit Damage, Attack Speed, Cooldown Reduction.

This is explained in-game, as FernandoCR rightly advised, in the Helliquary itself, but the information is rather tucked away and in very small text…

If we take a look at the attributes the remains are granting me, you’ll see the attributes whose values changed between Westmarch and the Challenge Rift…

This is not a bug. It’s the intended, and stated, behaviour of the Helliquary / remains.
