can I connect a game controller, namely Gamesir G8+, to my mobile device? Will this be considered as using some kind of cheats or macros? Will I not endanger my account this way? A huge amount of time and money has been invested in the character. According to resonance 8k+, not to mention everything else.
Supposedly, you can. But after seeing many recent topics about accounts being suspended temporarily and most (if not all of them) while using different controllers, I wouldn’t risk it.
Easy for me to say, true, I play on PC and even when I have a XBox One controller, I never was a console player, so gamepads are not my thing, TBH, I stick to keyboard+mouse. Which seems to have been a really good thing, seeing what has happened to other players.
It was from the messages of other players that I raised this question. I would like some kind of official answer, to at least somehow insure myself

This game just keep suspending me for playing with ‘‘gamesir x2s’’ on phone. Two times in 1 week now and I guess a ban is soon incoming?
As for now, you will get suspended playing with a controller atleast on mobile, no matter what. Even the supported ones.
I have raised a ticket related to this that focuses on a flaw in the automation detection feature. I play a werewolf druid and most skills are instant, meaning I will push 3 buttons in at the same time which may count as cheating in Blizzards view?
It would be best if they can just remove controller support entirely instead of suspending/banning innocent players.
