Missing Extracted Skills

I am using PS5.

I might have accidentally turned off the unit and when I logged back in, more than half of the skills I have extracted via the Kanai Cube went missing. I cannot extract skills I have extracted in the past.

There is no Kanai’s Cube in Diablo Immortal.
