Missing daedessa blessings

I first reported this about six months ago…

[ Bug ] Elder Rifts with Daedessa's Blessing not giving Blessed Chests

The Immortals on our server cluster just completed a Kion’s III raid around 15 minutes ago. This caused the Immortals to gain Daedessa’s Blessing for 2 days. This means that the first three Elder Rifts run with this active should generate a Blessed Chest, containing keys for Iben Fahd’s Sanctum. Only seems to affect Immortals, works fine for Shadows.
